Description

The flexible technology employed by Tecnopool allows for creating both room cooling as well as forced-air cooling systems which can be adapted to any production site. This type of system is in-line managed and perfect for conveying any type of packaged or bulk food product.

The room cooling system, ideal for processing industrial quantities of products, is be bespoke designed to meet individual production requirements, optimising on space and guaranteeing high performance.

The forced-air system in a cooling room is the perfect solution for a precise management of food processing conditions and for ensuring the most stringent hygiene conditions. This is essential when the product is feed-in at a high temperature and has to be blast cooled to a low temperature.

The cooling rooms can be supplied with varying insulation depending on the operating temperature and can be fitted with efficient solutions for cooling, forced-air circulation, humidification and air filtering.

This latest generation belt runs on tracks, requiring practically no lubrication. It is a new stainless steel cross-bar conveyor made with special links whose main technical features are illustrated below.

Special self-lubricating plastic elements are inserted on the links. They are shaped underneath to form the shoe that allows the belt to slide on the rails, whilst the upper part is shaped to hold the product in place. 

A particular feature of the drive system is its special plastic wheels that, in addition to minimizing noise and friction, have a special engage/release system that makes maintenance/adjustments much simpler, allowing all such work to be performed extremely quickly.

Depending on the application, the belt is supplied either with a stainless steel mesh or a plastic mesh, suitable for operating temperatures anywhere between +120°C and -40°C. Since it does not have the central structure that drum-type spirals typically have, the system allows air to flow freely, thus optimizing the various heat treatments. This particular feature also makes cleaning that much easier.
